This policy explains what Duocene LLC (“Duocene”, “we”, “us”) does with personal information. We have tried to write it in plain language. If any part of it is unclear, write to us and we will explain — and then fix the wording.

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
• If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply to you.
• Our products are built to keep data on your device wherever that is practical.

Information this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

The site is served through Cloudflare, our hosting and network provider. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — in order to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. We use this only for security and reliability, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

Information you send us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not pass addresses to anyone else.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for support or required for our records, and delete it when neither applies. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Information our products collect

Our products are designed to keep your data on your own device whenever that is technically possible. Where a product does need to transmit or store data on our servers — for example to synchronise between your devices — that product will say so in its own documentation and in-app privacy disclosure before it does it.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track users across applications or websites, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to operate the business — hosting and network services, email delivery, and payment processing. They receive only the data they need to perform their function, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to receive a copy of it. We honour these requests regardless of where you live. Write to hello@duocene.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing users will be announced in the affected product as well.
